Rexall Walkin clinic

Location: Newmarket, ON

Remodeled and converted interior space within Rexall Pharmacy in Newmarket to incorporate a fully functional walk-in clinic. Project completed on time, ensuring seamless integration with existing pharmacy operations.

Successfully coordinated with contractors to meet medical facility standards. Delivered a patient-friendly environment while maintaining operational efficiency.

THE NORTH FACE

Location: Eaton Centre, Toronto, ON

Completed full interior construction and brand-specific build-out for The North Face retail location. Scope included modifications, custom fixtures, fitting room installation, electrical and lighting upgrades, and coordination of branded signage and finishes to meet corporate retail standards. Project delivered on schedule with strong attention to durability and customer flow.

Collaborated closely with mall management and brand partners to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design requirements. Resulted in a premium retail environment that reflects The North Face’s identity while maintaining functional efficiency for daily operations.

UNIQLO – Fitting Room & Change Room Buildout

Location: Conestoga Mall, Burlington, ON

Completed the full construction and fit-out of UNIQLO’s new fitting and change room area, featuring sleek white partitions, custom benches, premium vinyl flooring, and energy-efficient lighting. The project delivered a clean, modern, and functional space that reflects UNIQLO’s signature minimalist design and enhances the overall customer experience

Vans Debranding

Location: Toronto, ON

Completed full debranding and interior strip-out of the VANS retail store, including removal of signage, fixtures, and branded elements. Our team delivered a clean, ready-for-turnover space while maintaining tight timelines and adherence to mall and city regulations.

Tim Hortans Debranding

Location: Brampton, ON

Completed full debranding and closure preparation of the former Tim Hortons location, including signage removal, wall refinishing, and site restoration. Delivered a polished, ready-for-redevelopment space in alignment with landlord turnover standards.

Old Navy Remodeling

Location: London, ON

Completed a full interior remodeling of the Old Navy retail store, including fixture relocation, new wall partitions, fitting room upgrades, lighting enhancements, and signage updates. The renovation modernized the store layout, improved customer flow, and aligned the space with Old Navy’s latest brand design standards—all completed efficiently within an active retail environment.

Dynacare – Office Remodeling & Cubicle Reconfiguration

Location: Brampton, ON

Completed office remodeling and reconfiguration for Dynacare’s Brampton location, including the organized relocation and reassembly of cubicles, construction of new partition walls, and setup of private offices and meeting spaces. The project modernized the workspace layout, optimized functionality, and improved staff flow—all executed with minimal disruption to daily operations.
